Cancellation & Refund Policy

All camps, regardless of cancellation by the customer, Legacy, or third party, have a non-refundable 4% credit card servicing fee (CCSF).

Cancellations initiated one (1) week or more prior to a program’s start, carry a 25% cancellation fee in addition to the 4% CCSF. 

Cancellations initiated between one (1) week and 48 hours prior to a program’s start, carry a 50% cancellation fee in addition to the 4% CCSF. 

There are no refunds for cancellations initiated within 48 hours of a program’s start or after a program has started.
