Meet Your Coach: Mike Hardison

This Week we feature coach Mike Hardison. Mike has been with Legacy since 2013 and has done it all. Mike runs after-school & summer camps, coaches our flag football teams, has run over 100 birthday parties and is the lead baseball instructor heading up camps and annual OPYBS baseball winter workouts.

Favorite Legacy Memory: "Coaching one of the flag football teams from not winning a game the entire season to go undefeated in the playoffs and make it to the championship. Watching the kids grow and develop throughout the season and camps is also great to see."

When I'm not at Legacy, I am most likely.. "Working for United Airlines. When I’m not working, I am doing my best to relax."

Youth Flag Football Leagues

ILLINOIS YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAM

Flag Football Leagues kick off April 15th at the Sports Zone in Melrose Park. Registration is now open.  - ---> Register Now Online

Legacy Flag Football 2018 is now open for registration for grades 3-5 and 6-8th.   The season will kick off on April 15th with a pre-season combine on April 7th.   The location will be at the Sports Zone in Melrose Park.   The cost is $95 and the deadline to register is April 7th.

- Set up a new account if you don’t have one already
- After you sign in your account – click on REGISTER
- Next screen you will choose TEAMS & LEAGUES and INDIVIDUAL
- Pick the child you are registering & on the next screen make sure LOCATION is CHICAGO SPORTS ZONE.
- Click REGISTER next to YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL & continue following prompts and finalize payment.

Free Flag Football Play on March 10! 

Come out and play in a scrimmage game on March 10 at Sportszone! No fee to participate, please reserve a spot prior to attending. Space is limited! 

Grades 3rd/4th/5th - 1:00-2:00

Grades 6th/7th/8th - 2:00-3:00
